Description
The Assistant General Manager serves as the manager-on-duty and second-in-command to the General Manager, supporting recruitment, training, scheduling, customer service, sales and profit goals, health and safety, team development, cash handling, inventory, reporting, and marketing. The role reports to the General Manager and secondary reports to the Regional Operations Manager, with direct reports including Customer Service Representatives, Delivery Experts, and Pizza Makers. Candidates must be at least 18, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, pass background and motor vehicle checks, and demonstrate inventory, labor-cost, computer, scheduling, communication, and proprietary software skills.
