The role requires customer service, sales, supervisory, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills, along with CPR certification within 30 days of hire and the ability to work in a gym setting. California pay is $19.90–$21.90 USD, with variable commission and bonus opportunities, and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid leave, and free membership.
