The Assistant General Manager will lead a Five Guys restaurant, hire and develop employees, maintain guest satisfaction and store cleanliness, communicate company goals, manage inventory and financial performance, and ensure accountability for secret shopper results. The role requires strong leadership, communication, physical stamina, availability for all operating shifts, and a valid Southern Nevada Health Department Food Handler Card; ServSafe certification and previous management experience are preferred.
