Description
The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in managing a Five Guys restaurant, overseeing cashier, lobby, prep, grill, fry, and opening and closing duties. The role handles customer service, guest complaints, cash and credit-card transactions, inventory, labor, financial reporting, health inspections, food quality, station operations, and employee training, supervision, and performance management. It is a full-time, nonexempt position requiring availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and a variable schedule.
