Green Thumb is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its RISE Dispensary to support the General Manager and oversee dispensary operations, customer experience, inventory, compliance, scheduling, team development, and financial processes. The role requires at least three years of retail team-management experience, cannabis and inventory-control experience preferred, availability for varied shifts, and the ability to work in a patient- and customer-facing dispensary environment. The stated pay range is $55,000 to $65,000 USD.
