The role supports the General Manager in daily hotel operations, guest service, team leadership, recruiting and training, scheduling, inventory, compliance, performance management, guest issue resolution, records, meetings, sales and marketing support, and departmental work. The position offers $52,000-$57,000 plus bonus potential, flexible scheduling, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), profit sharing, and paid vacation. Required qualifications include hotel leadership experience, a valid driver's license, scheduling and inventory experience, and flexible availability; brand experience and an associate degree are preferred.
