Tharaldson Hospitality Management is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Redlands Residence Inn by Marriott. The role partners with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, guest service, staffing, training, compliance, financial and administrative records, and revenue initiatives. The position includes serving as Manager on Duty and supporting all hotel departments, with a salary of $71,000 to $74,000 annually and bonus potential. One year or more of hotel leadership experience is preferred, along with Marriott brand experience, hotel operations knowledge, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
