Description
The Assistant General Manager serves as the second-in-command at the HAPO Center, an event venue in Pasco, Washington. The role oversees event setup and execution, labor and facility spending, staffing and scheduling, client and guest satisfaction, safety and compliance, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and the development of operations, event, maintenance, and custodial staff. It is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the General Manager, with compensation of $60,000–$80,000 annually and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
