Industrious is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee 3 to 5 locations and manage 1 to 3 Member Experience Managers. The role covers member experience, contract renewals, hiring, coaching, sales, negotiations, member relations, local marketing, new-location launches, performance reporting, and operational improvements. Candidates need at least three years of multi-site operations experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, coworking, or another customer-facing industry, along with P&L, people-management, marketing, sales, communication, and travel skills. The annual base compensation starts at $82,000, with quarterly and annual bonuses totaling up to $14,000 per year.
