Laundry Capital is hiring an Assistant General Manager to report to the General Manager and co-responsibly manage the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a laundromat. The role includes customer service, store safety and cleanliness, equipment and building maintenance, retail sales, wash-and-fold operations, customer complaint resolution, associate training, and working a flexible schedule. Candidates must be able to stand for 8+ hours, lift 35 pounds, communicate professionally, resolve customer issues, and submit to drug and alcohol screenings when requested.
