Lowe’s is hiring an Assistant General Manager to manage daily operations of a million-plus square-foot distribution center under the Regional General Manager. The role oversees Operations Managers, develops operational plans, supports customer service, improves quality and throughput, manages associates, maintains a safe work environment, and implements corporate policies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, five years of distribution operations experience in a large-volume automated center, four years of leadership experience, safety compliance experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The role may require multi-shift, weekend, and physical warehouse work, including lifting up to 70 pounds.
