Luna Grill is hiring Assistant General Managers in California, Texas, and Arizona to support General Managers, coach teams, and maintain operational excellence across its restaurants. The role covers opening and closing procedures, kitchen and front-of-house support, scheduling, food quality and safety, guest service, payroll, inventory, reporting, labor and food cost control, and hiring.
