LUV Car Wash is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support site operations, build and develop teams, and grow into a future leader. The role reports to the General Manager and includes directing cars into wash tunnels, inspecting vehicles, cleaning the facility, monitoring inventory, enforcing safety procedures, handling customer escalations, assisting with recruiting and team development, and managing cash reconciliations, audits, and deposits. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of car wash experience, communication skills, customer-service orientation, and moderate MS Office proficiency.
