Magna Steyr is hiring an Assistant General Manager to serve as the operational leader and second-in-command to the General Manager at its Mesa facility. The role leads plant operations across General Assembly, Supply Chain/Materials, and Commissioning; drives operational excellence, KPI management, Lean Manufacturing, MAFACT, and continuous improvement; supports business growth, capacity planning, customer and program execution, financial planning, and leadership development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, and 5+ years managing managers or multiple operational functions.
