Description
The Assistant General Manager serves as the operational leader and second-in-command to the General Manager, leading plant operations across General Assembly, Supply Chain/Materials, and Commissioning. The role drives safety, quality, delivery, cost, customer, and operational excellence objectives through KPI management, Lean Manufacturing, shopfloor management, business planning, capacity planning, program launches, and cross-functional leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, and 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers or multiple operational functions.
