Dear Charlotte is hiring a full-time Assistant General Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina, to support the General Manager through pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations of a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, bar, and event destination. The role involves hands-on floor leadership, recruiting and developing staff, managing service and labor operations, supporting inventory and cost control, coordinating with culinary and bar teams, handling guest recovery, and assisting with private events. Candidates need at least three years of progressive restaurant management experience, high-volume operations experience, strong floor leadership and guest-service skills, and experience with scheduling, labor management, and team development. The position offers a $65,000–$75,000 salary plus a bonus opportunity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
