The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager at Fairfield Inn and Suites Austin Northwest/The Domain Area by supervising hotel operations, inspecting rooms and public spaces, managing guest check-in and check-out, overseeing staff schedules and onboarding, handling audits and reports, supporting inventory and purchasing, and ensuring brand standards, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, basic financial and computer skills, a valid driver's license, and availability for varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. A bachelor's or associate's degree and previous supervisory experience are preferred, while the employer offers health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment for full-time team members.
