Description
MOKA is hiring a full-time Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily coffee-shop operations, manage labor and inventory, coach shift leaders and baristas, train new hires, maintain safety and store standards, and assume full store responsibility when the General Manager is absent. The role requires at least one year of leadership experience, preferably one to two years in coffee or food service, and availability for 30+ hours per week including weekends and holidays. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour plus tips, with healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, shift drinks, and product discounts.
