Description
The Assistant Operating Partner, also called Assistant General Manager, supports the Operating Partner in managing daily restaurant and golf operations, including staff supervision, service and sales execution, inventory and purchasing, guest service, training, scheduling, financial and personnel administration, compliance, and safety. The role requires at least five years of restaurant management or supervision experience in a high-volume environment, a valid driver’s license, eligibility to work in the United States, and ServSafe certification; a college degree is preferred.
