Riser Fitness is hiring a full-time Assistant General Manager to support studio operations, revenue generation, customer service, staffing and scheduling, inventory, compliance, and Sales Associate training. The role requires strong communication, organization, fitness knowledge, computer and studio software proficiency, and the ability to work with clients, instructors, and coworkers. Compensation is $22 per hour plus additional sales commission, with average total earnings of $24–$26 per hour, along with health benefits, a 401K, and paid time off.
