Saf-T-Swim is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in leading a diverse team and managing 4-wall swim school operations. The role covers operations, scheduling, safety and compliance, customer experience, retention, recruitment, training, local marketing, and community relations, while also assisting with swim instruction and facility management.
