Sushi Roku/BOA Steakhouse Manhattan Beach is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with front-of-house staffing, training, scheduling, labor and food-and-beverage cost management, P&L oversight, guest-service resolution, compliance, repairs, and operational efficiency. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant, strong food-service and customer-service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Suite and restaurant POS systems, and availability for daytime, evening, and/or weekend shifts.
