Description
The Assistant General Manager will provide direction and oversight for multiple hotel and resort operational areas, including guest services, recreation, food and beverage, rooms, sales and marketing, facilities, information technology, security, human resources, contracting, and financial management. The role manages budgets, capital projects, compliance, safety, employee relations, customer service, and subordinate staff development, and may act as General Manager as necessary. Candidates need substantial senior-level hospitality management experience or a bachelor's degree in hospitality or business plus four years of relevant managerial experience, along with a Food Protection Manager Certification and completion of background and employment checks.
