Continental Services is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day foodservice operations across multiple cafés, two Starbucks locations, and a busy catering operation in a large office complex. The role oversees service flow, line checks, staffing and scheduling, training, inventory and ordering, sanitation, catering support, financial goals, employee lifecycle HR functions, and guest experience improvements. It requires five or more years of relevant experience, DOT certification, strong leadership and communication, Microsoft Office and industry systems proficiency, with hospitality education, management experience, and ServSafe Manager and Allergen certifications preferred.
