Description
Wingstop is hiring an Assistant General Manager to provide strategic and tactical leadership for a restaurant. The role oversees people management, staffing, hiring, training, performance plans, and team culture; financial management, including budgets, profit and loss analysis, sales, labor, and food costs; and operational standards, facilities, risk management, and communication. The position requires at least two years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for 50–60 hours per week.
