The role leads guest satisfaction, sales, staffing, scheduling, recruiting, training, inventory, merchandising, and operational performance while developing the team and advancing toward a General Manager position. Candidates must be licensed cosmetologists, master colorists with advanced color theory and application skills, and have at least two years of salon and retail experience plus one year supervising team members.
