Blank Street is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Operations Manager/General Manager in running a high-performing store. The role leads shifts from the front, coaches baristas and shift leads, supports training and hiring, maintains hospitality and operational standards, manages labour deployment and commercial awareness, and helps improve store performance. Candidates should have experience leading shifts in high-volume stores, strong standards and feedback skills, and the ability to remain organized under pressure.
