Great Escapes RV Resorts is hiring a seasonal Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and lead resort operations across Housekeeping, Front Office, and Recreation. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, financial monitoring, recruiting, training, team leadership, guest-service oversight, safety compliance, and operational problem-solving. It is primarily a second-shift leadership position during peak season, with all weekends required, MOD shifts, and a Monday–Friday off-season schedule. The position pays $55,000–$60,000 annually and includes housing.
