Description
The Assistant Golf Professional supports the Head Golf Professional with golf shop merchandising, tournament operations, instruction, member relations, scheduling, training, tee-time administration, handicap programs, and golf activities. The role also includes providing lessons and clinics, managing the practice facility, assisting with staff hiring and training, and operating golf operations when the Head Professional is absent. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with PGA Class A membership or registration in the PGA Professional Golf Management Program, and at least two years of Assistant Golf Professional experience at a private or resort facility.
