Down To Earth is hiring an Assistant Golf Superintendent to support the Golf Superintendent in managing golf course maintenance for one course within a large landscaping organization. The role leads maintenance crews, executes turf-care and agronomic programs, monitors course conditions, supports irrigation and equipment operations, maintains safety and environmental standards, manages inventory and records, and prepares for tournaments and seasonal demands. Candidates should have 2–5 years of golf course maintenance or turf management experience, knowledge of turfgrass and irrigation systems, leadership and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
