Description
The Grocery Department Manager is a full-time grocery store role responsible for maintaining product quality, freshness, assortment, and inventory across grocery, frozen, and dairy departments. The position receives and stocks products, places special orders, rotates inventory, checks pricing and signage, maintains store cleanliness and safety standards, provides customer service, trains and mentors associates, and supports the Grocery Manager, Store Director, and Sales Directors. The role may include periodic graveyard shifts and requires Harmons Forklift Certification, basic math and computer skills, strong organization and communication skills, and availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
