Description
The Assistant Groundskeeper supports the upkeep and presentation of a property’s exterior grounds and landscaped areas. The role performs routine landscaping, seasonal maintenance, outdoor cleaning, equipment operation, hazard reporting, and event setup and breakdown, working under the direction of the Groundskeeper or property leadership. It requires foundational landscaping knowledge, at least one year of relevant outdoor work experience, physical ability to perform demanding outdoor tasks, and flexibility for varying schedules and weather conditions.
