Costa Farms is hiring an Assistant Grower to learn horticultural growing while developing leadership and teamwork skills. The role manages daily grower assignments, monitors plant health, advises on irrigation and fertilization, applies pesticides and growth regulators, supports operational improvements, leads DDS meetings, and maintains a safe and clean work environment. The position is primarily outdoors but may require occasional indoor administrative work, and requires a horticulture, plant science, or agriculture associate or bachelor's degree; horticulture experience is a plus.
