Mercure Bordeaux Centre is hiring a Second de Cuisine (Assistant Chef) to support the reopening of its Sans Pression restaurant in September 2026. The role works alongside the Head Chef in a fully renovated kitchen, supporting lunchtime buffets, seminars, cocktails, banquets, brunches, and snack service; organizing the kitchen, ensuring dish quality, and assisting the team. The position offers a permanent contract, 39 hours, a gross monthly salary of €2,710, variable compensation, a 13th-month salary, profit-sharing, health insurance, and other benefits, with morning, day, or evening shifts and two days off per week.
