NIKE, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Head Coach, its internal title for an assistant store manager, to help lead a retail store team. The role partners with the Head Coach to deliver excellent customer experiences, coach and develop a diverse team, manage staffing and performance, oversee commercial and customer-experience operations, implement Nike strategies, meet sales targets, and maintain brand standards. It requires at least four years of retail or leadership experience, confident German and English proficiency, strong customer-service and team-coaching abilities, stakeholder collaboration, independent solution-oriented work, and willingness to work weekends and shifts.
