Description
Doka is hiring an Assistant Head of Operations in the Netherlands to support the Head of Operations and manage day-to-day operations and logistics. The role coordinates internal departments, external parties, and customers; monitors schedules, delivery reliability, and operational performance; improves processes; manages inventory and working capital; and replaces the Head of Operations when needed. Candidates should have an HBO-level background in logistics, supply chain, or business administration, at least three years of logistics or operational experience, experience with planning, process coordination, or inventory management, and strong Dutch and English communication skills. The salary is €4,000–€5,000 gross per month.
