Hayle Academy is seeking an Assistant Headteacher (SEND) to join its Senior Leadership Team and lead the strategic development and implementation of special educational needs and disabilities provision. The role will shape an inclusive learning environment, influence whole-school decision-making, and support teaching and learning, safeguarding, attendance, behaviour, and personal development. The successful candidate should be an experienced teacher and leader with a proven record of school improvement, team leadership, and positive outcomes for pupils, and will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and assessment against the Childcare Disqualification Regulations.
