Monarch/Brandywine Senior Living is hiring an Assistant Health and Wellness Director / Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services on planning and directing nursing department operations and resident care. The role oversees resident assessments, individual service plans, nursing staff hiring and evaluation, resident files, billing, complaints, and wellness programs, with a salary of $95,000–$100,000 per year, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and a flexible schedule. Candidates must be RNs with current licenses, have at least two years of supervisory experience in senior living or related care, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
