Minor Hotels is hiring an Assistant Hotel Manager at Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites to support the Hotel Manager with daily hotel operations, guest service, departmental leadership, staffing, training, performance management, financial performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires prior hotel supervisory or assistant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, availability for varied shifts including weekends and public holidays, and knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera or Fidelio.
