Fraser is hiring an Assistant Coordinator to support program operations through direct care, administrative management, appointment and transportation coordination, Individual Service Plan implementation, documentation, compliance, family and interdisciplinary collaboration, and staff leadership. The role is based in Saint Paul on a Tuesday-through-Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. schedule, pays $19 per hour with a weekend shift differential, and requires a valid Minnesota driver's license, background study clearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
