Description
The Assistant Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper and supervises housekeeping and laundry staff while performing and overseeing guestroom, public-area, and deep-cleaning duties. The role includes room inspections, supply replenishment, quality and safety checks, guestroom readiness reporting, guest complaint handling, shift flexibility, and coordination with facilities, guest services, and management. It requires a high school diploma or higher, fluent English, leadership and teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; supervisory experience is preferred.
