This entry-level housekeeping management position supports daily operations across housekeeping, recreation/health club, and laundry areas. The role prepares room and checkout assignments, manages supplies and linen inventory, coordinates with engineering and the front desk, oversees inspections and corrective actions, supervises employees, handles guest complaints, and helps maintain guest satisfaction and the operating budget. Candidates need either a high school diploma or GED with one year of housekeeping or related experience, or a two-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field with no work experience required.
