DP World is hiring an Assistant HR Business Partner in Coventry to support the delivery of people strategy across corporate and operational functions. The role partners with managers and stakeholders, advises on employee relations and employment best practice, supports talent and workforce planning, assists with organisational change, analyses people data, and contributes to employee engagement and workplace culture. The position requires a CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience, prior HR Advisor or HR Generalist experience, knowledge of UK employment legislation, stakeholder management, regular travel across the UK, and experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
