Midwest Applied Solutions is hiring an Assistant HVAC Coordinator in Hillside to coordinate and dispatch HVAC service resources, schedule personnel and equipment, generate work orders, communicate with customers and technicians, track service work, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires strong organizational and customer-service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work regularly in a field environment visiting multiple customer sites. An associate's degree in business or a related field plus one year of call-center experience, or three years of combined education and experience, is required; HVAC, mechanical contracting, engineering, or construction experience is a plus.
