Description
The Assistant Instrument & Controls (I&C) Engineer supports design teams on grassroots and revamp or brownfield refining and chemical projects through the engineering, procurement, and construction process. Responsibilities include preparing instrumentation and control-system deliverables, coordinating with process engineering, reviewing I&C packages and vendor documentation, managing third-party control-system suppliers, participating in factory acceptance tests, and performing process measurements and preliminary sizing calculations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, EIT certification, and the ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC).
