Description
LUXASIA is hiring an IT Operations/End-User Support professional to maintain and monitor company networks and outlets, install and troubleshoot computers and telephony systems, manage IT assets and software licenses, support Windows servers and Active Directory, coordinate with vendors, establish IT security policies, and handle onboarding and offboarding. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience, including at least one year in end-user support or IT operations, along with knowledge of networking, security, systems administration, databases, telecommunications, Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
