Description
The role troubleshoots computer software and systems, supports applications and user accounts, manages telecommunications activities, and advises on technical and administrative procedures. It also includes user training, process improvement, employee support, and coordination of planning and resource allocation. The preferred qualifications are a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least two years of related work experience; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
