Description
The Assistant Machine Helper supports manufacturing operations in the non-durable goods sector by assisting machine operators with setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, material handling, cleaning, and quality monitoring. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, physical ability to stand and lift materials, adherence to safety procedures, and willingness to work the second shift while being able to train on the first shift. Previous manufacturing experience, durable-goods-process familiarity, machine-operation knowledge, and technical-document literacy are preferred.
