Tonti Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities by maintaining safe, functional, and well-maintained properties. The role works with the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager, steps in when the Lead is unavailable, and handles after-hours maintenance needs. Applicants need at least one year of apartment maintenance or related experience, EPA Type II or Universal certification, tool proficiency, mechanical and measuring-device experience, their own tools, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, and the ability to work on-call.
