Description
The role supports and coordinates a shift maintenance team for front-end module equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of mechanical, electrical, electronics, and control systems; preventive and predictive maintenance; technical guidance and mentorship; vendor and process-engineering collaboration; equipment-data analysis; shift reporting; and continuous improvement. The position requires an engineering diploma, semiconductor-equipment troubleshooting skills, shift-based support or leadership experience, and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 cleanroom.
